ConJoin's mission is to bridge the gap that exists between strategic intent and operational reality. Along with a network of leading private equity firms that has been built over the last 5 years we have commitments for minimum of $350M in equity capital and additional sources for larger transactions.
ConJoin's core investment philosophy is to provide capital and operational expertise to companies with strong underlying fundamentals that are going through a period of change, caused either by an ownership transition, operational/execution challenges, an inappropriate capital structure or a combination of the three. ConJoin is also seeking to identify and support transformations by executing “Carve-Outs/Spin-Outs” of non-Core unaligned assets. In addition to capital, ConJoin provides its portfolio companies with significant knowledge, experience, and resources to drive improved performance and deliver superior results. We are focusing on barbell strategy now pursuing small and microcap ($7.5M to $25M Enterprise Value(EV)) companies and on the other end of the spectrum public and private companies with EV up to $2B.
